These FAQs are related to training courses provided by Autonosky.
The course typically spans 2-3 months. It begins with one week of mandatory theory classes, followed by examinations and
flight training scheduled based on student and instructor availability, as well as weather conditions. The overall
duration may vary, contingent on the student's consistency in progressing through the coursework.
To enrol, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Achieve a minimum English Proficiency level of 4 out of 6.
- Be over the age of 18.
- Successfully pass a Class 3 Aviation Medical examination conducted by a Designated Aviation Medical Examiner.
Discounts may be arranged for individuals holding other aviation licenses. Verification of existing
licenses is required to qualify for the discount. Please note that discounts are not applicable during
promotional periods.
Theory classes and examinations take place at our head office classroom in Paarden Eiland,
Cape Town. Flight training and testing are conducted at a designated field in Constantia, Cape Town.

The course covers key theory subjects, including Air Law, Human Factors, Meteorology, Aircraft Technical and General,
Principles of Flight, Navigation, and Radio Telephony. The curriculum includes eight theory exams, one
radiotelephony practical exam, flight training, a Mock Skills Test, and a final Skills Test. The latter
consists of an oral and practical flight examination conducted by a SACAA-approved examiner.
